Who you are buying from
RAKA WEAR, a small, home-based clothing label in Lahore, Pakistan. These terms apply to every order placed on this website, on WhatsApp or on Instagram.
Orders
Reserving a size holds it until we've spoken. It is not a payment and not a commitment on your side.
An order is confirmed on WhatsApp, and you pay once we've confirmed it. There is no cash on delivery.
Prices
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and shown plainly. When a price changes, it is announced in advance and honoured. There are no sales and no discount codes.
Made to order
Caps, Phutún pouches and Baithak cushion covers are made to order, unless one is ready. A made-to-order piece is ready in 4 weeks.
Handmade pieces
Every motif is stitched by hand, so small differences in stitch, colour and form are expected. They are not a fault.
What you see on the site
Colours look slightly different on every screen. Measurements are approximate: see the Size guide.
A piece shown on the site is in stock only once we confirm it on WhatsApp.
Delivery
We deliver only within Pakistan, to the address you give us.
Standard delivery charges apply. Baithak cushion covers include delivery.
Once a parcel is with the courier, it travels at your risk. If it is lost or damaged on the way, the claim is with the courier, and we give you the tracking number and booking details for it.
If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody took it, sending it again is paid by you.
Exchanges and refunds
No refunds. We exchange a piece for another size, if that size is available.
Delivery for an exchange, both ways, is paid by you.
Photographs and words
The photographs, words and motifs on this site belong to RAKA WEAR. Ask us before using them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. An order follows the terms on this page on the day it was placed.
