Product details
Genda Phool is the warmest of the three Baithak designs. Rows of eight-pointed star flowers in saffron, scarlet and leaf green bloom across a deep red ground, each outlined in dark green so the pattern holds its shape from across the room.
It has the weight and richness of an heirloom textile, and sits naturally against dark wood, brass and earthy tones.
In homes across Pakistan and the North, the baithak is the sitting room kept for guests: the best-kept room in the house, furnished with the family's finest cushions and embroidered covers.
